At Cosmeds, we prioritise safe, timely and compliant delivery of medicines, healthcare essentials and skincare products across India. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, charges, packaging standards, and what to do in case of delivery issues.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, or regulatory checks.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders of ₹499 and above (where applicable).
- For orders below ₹499 standard shipping charges of ₹49-₹79 may apply depending on PIN code and product type.
- Additional charges may apply for express shipping, bulky items, or cold-chain packaging.
5. Special Packaging & Cold-Chain Items
Temperature-sensitive medicines and temperature-controlled healthcare products are packed using insulated packaging and cold packs as required. Additional packaging charges may apply. We use medical-grade packaging practices to protect product integrity during transit.
6. Prescription Medicines
- Prescription medicines will be dispatched only after a valid prescription is uploaded and verified by our pharmacist team.
- If a prescription is not provided or is invalid, the order may be cancelled and payment refunded as per our Refund Policy.
7. Courier & Delivery Partners
We partner with reputable courier and medical logistics providers to ensure safe delivery. Tracking details (AWB / tracking link) are shared via SMS and email after dispatch.
8. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment. Tracking updates are provided by the courier partner and may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
9. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure
Cosmeds is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, lockdowns, or severe weather. We will make reasonable efforts to inform customers if significant delays occur.
10. Failed Delivery Attempts & Returned Orders
- Courier partners may attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery cannot be completed, orders may be returned to Cosmeds.
- Returned orders will incur reshipping charges if you request re-delivery, unless the return was due to our error.
11. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, tampered, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately:
Please report issues within 24 hours of delivery and include order number and clear photo/video evidence. We will investigate and process replacements or refunds as per our Return & Refund Policy.
12. Undeliverable or Restricted Items
Certain regulated medicines, narcotics, or temperature-sensitive products may be restricted from shipping to some pin codes due to local regulations. If an item is undeliverable due to legal or logistic restrictions, we will contact you and refund or cancel the affected items.
13. International Shipping
Currently, Cosmeds ships within India only. For international shipping inquiries, please contact support and we will advise on availability and charges.
